About Kyle Murphy
A local commitment.
A working relationship.
I’m Kyle. I bring arts leadership, advertising, sales, and operations experience to organizations that need both a clear plan and help carrying it out.

Olympia is home
I came back
to be part of it.
I grew up in Olympia and moved my family back in 2014. Since then, I’ve built, led, and supported local arts organizations, created jobs and performing opportunities, and worked on stage and behind the scenes.
That work includes founding and producing Broadway Olympia, leading Creative Theatre Experience, and producing and marketing Mercury Rising’s sold-out Washington Center concert on April 8, 2023.
I understand the distance between a good idea and a production, program, or organization that can sustain it.

Strategy, with implementation
Someone to think with.
Someone to do the work.
You work with me directly. I can advise, make the agreed changes, or coordinate a specialist’s contribution when the project needs one.
Why “Group”?
Artesian brings together my experience and the independent specialists a particular project may need. Qualified professionals handle specialist human resources, accounting, or tax work. I remain your point of contact.
The Seattle Times & Comcast
Experience with
many kinds of audiences.
Through my roles with these employers, I advised organizations on advertising budgets, placement, timing, frequency, creative direction, and results.
The work included the Paramount, The 5th Avenue Theatre, Broadway Across America, Taproot Theatre, Village Theatre, the Mariners and Seahawks, The North Face, Coca-Cola, Tom Douglas Restaurants, and the City of Seattle.
I helped develop early digital advertising campaigns and trained a workforce of 40 at Comcast in digital advertising. These relationships were through those employers.
MedBridge · Account-management oversight
Clearer priorities.
Stronger follow-through.
I clarified processes, goals, and communication for eight account managers managing an existing $50 million portfolio.
From June to December 2023, every manager met retention and expansion goals, and all accounts were contractually renewed one month before their renewal dates. The $50 million describes the existing portfolio, not new revenue.
