Begin with a conversation

Tell me what you want to improve. The first conversation is free, and we decide together whether a closer review would help.

Get a practical assessment

A separately quoted review gives you written findings, clear priorities, and an estimate for putting the recommendations into practice.

Put the plan to work

Choose a defined project or ongoing support. Deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and availability are agreed before the work begins.

Your paid assessment

Written findings and priorities for a defined problem.

What we agree before starting

The question to answer, information and people included in the review, meetings, delivery date, fee, and any follow-up or revision boundary.

What I examine

The relevant parts of your message, marketing, inquiry process, systems, or operations. We choose the inputs around your goal rather than reviewing everything by default.

What you receive

A digital document explaining the findings, prioritized recommendations, dependencies, an implementation estimate, and projected impact and value with the assumptions behind those estimates.

How you decide what comes next

We agree how you receive and review the recommendations. You can act on the plan with your team or choose a separately scoped implementation project. We confirm the final project price before starting. Any ongoing role has its own responsibilities and availability.

Illustrative assessment excerpt · Home-staging business

From a finding to a practical decision.

This is a sample format, not an assessment completed for a client or a forecast of results.

Goal

Make suitable staging inquiries easier to receive and follow through.

Priority 1 · Clarify the inquiry route

Illustrative finding
Potential customers are unsure which staging service to request or what information to provide.
Recommended change
Explain the service choices and add a short quote-request path with ownership for the response.
Implementation output
Updated service copy, an agreed request form, and response responsibilities.
How to evaluate it
Review valid requests, suitability, response time, and booked consultations against an established baseline.

Priority 2 · Make follow-up visible

Use a simple pipeline to record the owner and next step for each inquiry. Configure the tool only after agreeing on the actual process.

Dependency: Someone must own responses and keep the record current. Projected value would depend on existing inquiry volume and conversion data.

Choose the level of help you need

Advice, implementation, and continuing support.

Every engagement is shaped around your goal, budget, and the time needed to do the work well. Each stage has its own agreed scope and price.

You choose each next step. Advertising, software, specialist production, and other outside costs are separate and approved before spending.

Boundaries and costs

Scope determines the responsibility and availability.

Each agreement specifies deliverables, planned time or responsibility, response expectations, reporting, review points, and what would require a separate quote.

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, specialist production, and other expenses are separate from my service fee and identified in the proposal. We agree who approves spending and owns the accounts and finished assets.

Every engagement is custom priced. The work, budget, schedule, and my available capacity determine what I can commit to. Ongoing support covers the agreed responsibilities and availability; additional work is scoped separately.

Projected impact is an estimate based on stated assumptions. Reporting reviews what actually happened.
